In recent years, I have journeyed through my own body. The starting point was 2018, when my uterus was removed at the age of 29 due to the rare condition adenomyosis. However, my body completely closed off after that procedure. I couldn't allow any form of intimacy and connection anymore. Not pleasant, of course, so I started investigating that. I found my way to bodywork and there I learned many things about myself and my body. I would like to share this wisdom with you. With my hands and from my heart.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The body is a source of wisdom and nothing happens without reason. When we live with unprocessed feelings and trauma, things we push away because we don't want to or can't look them in the eye, they get stored in the body. The body can handle a lot, but if too much is pushed away, it will start giving you signals that something is not okay. The more that's not okay, the bigger the signals. Then pills suddenly don't help anymore because they don't address the cause of the problem, only the consequences. My approach is Trauma Informed. I am not a psychologist, but I have learned the tools to safely deal with trauma.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
