For five weeks, you come for a session of approximately 2 hours. There is no fixed protocol. No standard approach. Your body tells its story. Your voice tells the rest. And I listen to both. My hands know the language of your body. My heart resonates with yours. We conclude when the energy is complete. When your system is ready. When you feel whole again.

In week 6, we have a closing conversation of 30 minutes in which we look back at what has changed. I give you tools to hold onto this and we look at how you continue forward.
