Thai Yoga Massage

A mix of traditional Thai massage and Western techniques that is given over clothing. My hands provide relaxation of muscles, joints and connective tissue, improved blood circulation, more peace in your mind and stimulate your life energy. The eastern principles of Metta (compassion), Karuna (loving kindness), Mudita (shared joy) and Upekka (equanimity) ensure that every touch also warms your heart.

Intuitive Massage

A holistic massage that listens to what your body needs. With warm oil and gentle touches, we create space for deep relaxation and natural healing. In this session, different techniques can be used interchangeably or we might stick to just one technique. I let myself be guided by my intuition. Elements from tantra, de-armouring, Thai yoga massage, somatic work and energetic work may be incorporated.

Tantra Sacred Touch

Tantra Sacred Touch is an invitation to honor and strengthen your masculine essence. In this sacred space, you may discover how your masculine energy can unfold in all its facets. The presence of my feminine energy creates a field in which this complete expression becomes possible. The true power of masculine energy blossoms in the encounter with the feminine. Tantra Sacred Healing

Specifically developed for practitioners, coaches and experienced receivers of bodywork who desire a deeper layer of transformation. We work with tantric principles, de-armouring, energetic work, somatic coaching. We work on releasing blocked life energy throughout the entire body and let ourselves be guided by the natural transformative power of sexual energy.

I gave birth almost 5 years ago, so I was very curious to try this massage. Women's body physically experience a big transformation through pregnancy and labor, so it's a great opportunity to re-align the body, do maintenance and give love to your beautiful hard-working body. I have only heard the name "womb lifting massage" before so did not know what it would entail and it was literally "lifting" of the womb. It was lower body concentrated, and my left womb was stiff. The technique itself requires to go quite deep but if it's not sore it doesn't hurt at all. It's like having a good long stretch being done. Post-massage, I felt a clear lightness and flexibility in the stiff area and my entire body. I know Ann-Sofie personally, so I already had the trust and comfort of receiving a massage from her. Her touch is confident yet gentle and sensitive, intuitively communicating with the body. She is a natural body worker, who is caring, honest and supportive, carrying a great balance between masculine and feminine energy. Since it always feels so relaxing and safe, I actually ended up falling asleep (again) which is always a positive sign! I highly recommend her and this massage.
