Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all services and treatments offered by Handenwerk. By booking an appointment, the client agrees to these conditions.

Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments should be made at least one week in advance.
• Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
• For cancellation within 24 hours before the appointment, the full amount will be charged.
• For tantric treatments, a deposit may be requested.

Payment and Bundles

4.1 General Payment Conditions

• Payment must be made in advance.
• Acceptable payment methods are
  • Cash
  • Payconiq by Bancontact

4.2 Bundle Rates Sacred Touch and Sacred Healing

• Individual session: €300 per session
• 5-session bundle: €270 per session (total €1350)
• 10-session bundle: €250 per session (total €2500)
• Bundles must be paid in full in advance
• Bundle sessions are valid for 12 months after purchase

4.3 Cancellation and Refund of Bundles

In case of early termination of a bundle, the refund is calculated as follows:

• The full amount paid for the bundle
• Minus a termination fee of €200
• Minus the standard rate (€300) for sessions already received
• Any promotional discounts or benefits will be forfeited
• If the calculation results in a negative value, the contract is terminated without further payment obligations in either direction

Example calculation when cancelling a 5-session bundle after 2 sessions:

• Paid amount: €1350
• Minus termination fee: -€200
• Minus 2 sessions at standard rate (2 x €300): -€600
• To be refunded: €550

5. Health and Safety

• Clients are required to disclose their current health status and report any changes.
• Treatment is only possible if the client is in good health.
• Handenwerk reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed inappropriate.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• All personal data is treated in accordance with GDPR/AVG legislation.
• Treatment reports are kept for quality purposes.
• Email addresses may be used for newsletters, with the option to unsubscribe.
• Client data will never be provided to third parties without permission.

7. Liability

• Participation in treatments is at one's own risk.
• Handenwerk is not liable for damage, injury or other complications resulting from the treatment.
• Clients are expected to report any complaints immediately.

8. Specific Conditions per Treatment

Thai Yoga Massage

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing
• The massage is given over clothing

Tantra Sacred Touch/Healing / Intuitive Healing Massage

• Preliminary intake conversation required
• Clear boundaries and wishes are discussed in advance
• Handenwerk is free to refuse treatment if intentions do not align

9. Changes

Handenwerk reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The most recent version is always applicable.

10. Applicable Law

Belgian law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Mechelen.
